As Liverpool continues as European Capital of Culture 2008, 120 SuperLambBananas have sprung up around the city and as far afield as Moel Famau and Euston Station, London. Although due to leave Liverpool at the end of August, the SuperLambBananas now have cult status around the city.
I feel that they offer a great way of getting children to engage with their urban environment. Searching for them with my kids certainly opened my eyes to the changes taking place within Liverpool and also the ‘rebranding’ of the city.
I also suppose this could fit in the ethos of the mission explore website?

Good collection of Superlambananas !
Managed to spot a few when I was there at the end of August…
